Real Estate often slows down over the summer months due to holidays and other activities and this year has been no exception.
We can see this reflected in the number of sales for the Niagara Region slightly decreasing.
However, we do see a slight increase in the sale price for August – 0.3% – compared to July.
We are currently moving into the Fall market and next month will make an interesting comparison to see if sales have picked up again!
The inventory remains plentiful, giving buyers time and choice to find the perfect home, while sellers are encouraged to continue to keep their prices competitive.
