The latest data shows that the HPI Benchmark price has decreased by 1.4% since last month. This slight dip indicates a favourable market for buyers. As we transition into October and people settle back into their routines, it’s not surprising to see a shift in the market. However, the last quarter of the year tends to be busier as individuals aim to make their move before the holiday season and winter.
