With the most recent interest rate decrease, it seems buyers are becoming more confident as indicated by the 43% increase in the number of sales October 2024, compared to last year!
The average days it took to sell a home in October 2024 was 43 days, a 16.2 % increase from October 2023.
The government has announced mortgage reforms by December 15, which will hopefully have a positive impact on the real estate market as well.
